The new FUX-C utensil washer by HOBART

An efficient power package

Economical, powerful and clean – these are three main characteristics of the FUX-C, the new compact container washer by HOBART. The company headquartered in Offenburg offers a perfect solution for bakeries, butchers, and large kitchens. The FUX-C features extremely low consumption, which represents a considerable saving in operating costs. At the same time, it achieves excellent and hygienic wash results.

The FUX-C container washer by HOBART is a real power package. It is able to wash up to 300 boxes, tubs or trays per hour. Thus, the model washes a large number of containers and boxes quickly and thoroughly, which is particularly important when operations are running at high capacity. Bakeries can easily use the FUX-C for washing trays.

Thanks to the new, unique wash system in the machine, cleaning the system is easy and fast. In one single step, innovative sliding gates allow access to each individual wash pipe - for maximum hygiene in the cleaning process.

With a maximum fresh water consumption of 240 liters per hour in full load, the container washer FUX-C is one of the most economical and efficient wash systems on the market.

The FUX-C also is very economical in terms of its power consumption. Energy consumption and total loading have been reduced considerably. This has resulted in lower operating costs and reductions in peak energy loads. Further energy savings are possible with the optional integral drain heat recovery, which applies the counter current principle to use the energy of the waste air.

In total, the potential savings of the FUX-C represent a reduction of the operating costs by several thousands dollars per year, compared to conventional machines.

The Wide Angle Nozzles FAN significantly contribute to the excellent cleaning results. They ensure the best possible distribution of water over the wash ware. Also the chain conveyor mechanism and the serial inclination of the wash ware during conveyance improve washing and rinsing. The chain conveyor system provides for thorough and even distribution of suds onto the ware and avoids spray shadows. The inclination of the ware prevents the carry over of water and dirt through the machine. The optional integrated dirt collector separates dirt before the wash cycle begins and drains it directly out.

The optional BLOW DRYING reduces the amount of water remaining on boxes, trays and containers by more than 50%, thus ensuring that the wash ware dries faster. By means of two fanned nozzles above and below, two high-grade compressors generate a powerful stream of air that blows most of the water off the wash ware. Thus, when emptying the machine, you will no longer be bothered by dripping wet racks and boxes and puddles on the floor.

In addition to the high economic efficiency and the excellent wash capacity, the container washer FUX-C by HOBART is characterized by easy operation and superior user friendliness. This is of special benefit when operations are running at high speed and every action needs to be fast and reliable.
